SUGR Rush currently ships across the UK. International delivery coming soon!
We charge £3.95 for Royal Mail standard delivery. This should 3-5 working days to arrive. We also offer DPD Next Day delivery at the cost of £5.95. You can also click & collect from our store free of charge.
Returns
SUGR Rush accept returns for faulty products only. We cannot accept returns on unwanted items due to the perishable nature of our products.
If you have a faulty order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please email us at hello@sugrrush.co.uk with your name, address, order number and please let us know what is wrong with your order. You will need to return the order to us should we ask you to within 7 days. Please do not return to us unless we have asked you to do so.
If we do ask you to return your order, they must be in original condition and unopened along with your packing slip. If they are opened then we cannot accept them as a return.
